General Remarks

In FPL season 2014/2015, I gathered data on a weekly basis for 2 kinds of samples: one consisted of 20,000 randomly selected teams, and the other one consisted of top 10,000 teams as of the start of each week. In this summary, I sum up all those numbers that appeared in my regular posts in a similar way to last season.

Random samples were big enough to represent the overall FPL league with little deviations from actual numbers. Top 10K samples were partly different from week to week as some teams were dropping out and others were entering instead; hence, interpreting some top 10K time series may be complicated. Therefore, this summary is mostly descriptive.
